Add public comment (new ticket message)

https://app.flowmingo.io/api/v1/tickets//comments

Appends a new public message to the ticket thread (visible in the ticket chat).
Use this instead of PATCH when you want to add description text or replies.
Internal comments are not supported via the public API.
Archived tickets (status: closed) cannot receive new comments (403, ticket_archived).
Requires scope tickets:write.
