Quickstart

Create a workspace, invite your team, and open your first ticket in FlowMingo.

Get up and running with FlowMingo in a few minutes.

Before you begin

You need:

  • A valid email address (work email if your organization uses domain auto-join)
  • Permission to create a workspace, or an invite link from your administrator

Note: FlowMingo supports email/password sign-in and OAuth (Google, Microsoft) when configured for your workspace.

1. Create an account or accept an invite

New workspace: Sign up at your organization's FlowMingo URL. Choose a workspace name, brand color, and account details. FlowMingo creates the workspace and assigns you as admin.

Join via invite: Open the invitation link, set your password, and land in the workspace with the assigned role.

Join via company domain: If domain auto-join is enabled, signing up with a matching email adds you as an agent (employee portal / Home by default).

If you belong to more than one workspace, pick one on the workspace selection screen.

2. Explore your workspace

RoleDefault landing page
Agent (employee portal default)Home — browse categories and submit requests
Agent (staff), team lead, manager, adminDashboard — overview and open ticket counts

Agents can switch between employee view and agent view from the profile menu. Every new workspace includes a default area with General category and General Request form.

3. Submit your first ticket

From Home, pick a category, choose a ticket form, fill required fields, and submit. Track progress under My Tickets.

4. Invite teammates

Go to Team and click Invite member. Choose a role (agent, admin, team lead, manager on eligible plans).

5. Configure areas and forms (admins)

Open Studio:

  1. Areas — IT, HR, Facilities, …
  2. Categories — tiles on the employee Home page
  3. Ticket forms — fields, routing, workflow statuses
  4. Custom fields — reusable field library
